Business Punk and Statista recognise TESVOLT as a top employer

Business Punk and Statista present the top start-up employers of 2022. 2,500 start-ups from Germany were assessed for the study. TESVOLT made it onto the final list of the 300 best companies in the country.

As there is no universal definition of a start-up, the assessment focused on companies with headquarters in Germany that were founded between 2013 and 2019, and were not founded as spin-offs from an existing corporation. Interviews were conducted with peers, experts and young professionals, with supplementary desk research on growth and satisfaction indicators.

From criteria such as “Reputation as an employer on online channels” and “Growth & satisfaction”, a picture emerges emphasising TESVOLT’s desirability as an employer – especially for talented and ambitious young professionals. We see the distinction as an additional advantage in the competitive labour market and are delighted that our work has been recognised in this way.
